Hello, I am basically a gal who loves God, her family and of course her dear dear Clark. Hmm not to forget my friends too! Currently in the process of finding out what she really wants to do for her life and prays that everyday is a good day with all her loved ones. :)

I dun know about other countries
but in Singapore the Uni student have their exams Clashed with Sec Sch n JC students
and in uni many students are also tutors and this usu means stress for the uni tutors.
Because at this period of time in which they are revising, ur students will be most likely asking you for extra lessons.
You wanted to reject because firstly u are in the midst of your exam period too
but the fact that they need your help makes it hard for you to reject.

But thank God for the extra cash...
I see financial doors from Heaven opening up...
Firstly I got a quite highly paid tuition assignment
even though it's from a tuition agency
but the high cost more than make up for
the commission i need to give for the first month
pray that everything will go well cause
it's teaching JC2 chemistry

Also i have signed the teacher's contract with MOE
( However still praying for a financial door opening for me at MOE)

I am 21+ now.
a bit sad that time is moving fast
but also feel that this is a
golden period of time
because i now have the capacity to make important decisions
and the freedom for much more things.

yeah. in the past
not a lot of worries for Mr Money
but now got to go out and actively earn money
look for openings in my careers and dreams
i need to have greater wisdom in money management
am not too good with it.

Signing a contract for a career
makes me feel that i have grown up a bit more.

When i was buying food today
i saw two slightly older ladies outside the restaurant
they were looking and pin-pointing and talking to each other
at first i thought they were customers
I ordered and went out
later i saw them serving the customers
and i realized they are the bosses

and a revelation just come to me
that leadership perhaps in short is really wat they are doing
as leaders to step out once in a while to look at the big picture
and think of how to lead your people to another level
but not so high way that you lose your grass root experience
If not how do you lead your people
if you do not go through what they have gone through
