Time: 10:50pm on sunday

the first night since i came back from batam.
felt a bit weird not being inside the hall or my hotel room.
anyway batam emerge had been quite an experience
and i really learnt quite a bit from this mission trip.

for the first time i was being exposed to a culture that is quite different from mine.
i had been to taiwan but i think it's not a lot of difference since i m a chinese anyway
but over here the way the people speak, think, appreciates and things causes me to learn much
learn how to adapt to a different culture yet still impact them.
it was a new ground for us i think.
and we were there to breakthrough into the atmosphere.
cannot really be compared to Taiwan, KL and def Singapore
but i think the bible school students really put in their best and did a great job
in breaking through.

Some people i would love to appreciate for this trip
i love the Indo ushers. they have a fantastic attitude, teachable and so humble and willing to learn.
yes i admit i got a bit frustrated when they don't understand what i m trying to say. but overall we really enjoy
each other's company and some of them even request to take photo with me. :)
finally i m famous. ;p

The singaporean ushers. so many leaders were put under the operations and yet they never quamble or anything but willing to listen to our instructions and perform. You guys are the examples of great disciples!

My fellow team leaders. :) it was so fun to be on the net without the 8 series and we could talk for all we want without having to follow the 3sec rule (u guys know what i mean) and it was really a joy to work with u all.
you guys amaze me in some way in another.
sijia for your trafficking skills outside, managing the queue so well.
Wanyun for your detailedness in doing the floor plan and cheerfulness.
Matt for your humility in serving.
Peiyu for your ability to fast for a greater purpose.
Jeff for your leadership over us
Dear for your sharpness in the stage area

i ate a lot of doughnuts over there
and the last day supper was great.
the pancake was nice!
so cheap (although i dun quite like the people trying to 'cheat' us by adding a lot of charges here and there)
the hotel room is nice too.
dun mind spending a one day holiday down there
since it's only 45 mins from singapore.
so it's like going to tampiness for me. haha.

i love mission trips!
