Hello, I am basically a gal who loves God, her family and of course her dear dear Clark. Hmm not to forget my friends too! Currently in the process of finding out what she really wants to do for her life and prays that everyday is a good day with all her loved ones. :)

A Ben & Jerry Ice Cream!

At the end of the day, we took back the whole cart of ben and jerry ice cream that has not been wiped off. & boy did we have a feast. i ate 2 myself. Choc fudge brownie ice cream from Ben and Jerry rocks. The ice cream practically melts away the physical tiredness that the usher and security ministry had from the events.

This year we had one of the most number of events held for emerge so far. 61 competitions and 8 sessions of svc. Right from wed to sunday, non-stop running. 14k of emerge folders needed to be done on wed nite. While we are struggling through, I began to see a negative part of some of our youth. Some of the pos people are staying back to help us and boy was we grateful. but one of the girl was trying to ask them to come out to practice their stunts and she was quite irritated that they are staying back to help. I know pos is very important but you have been practising right from day one would it really matter a lot a lot that you have another hour of practice? but for us, it would be and by hook or by crook we need to get the 14k of emerge folders done. I think one of the biggest challenge of the youth is to look beyond their self-interests and to help others in their circumstances.

Thursday - Did D1 and C2. one of my sad day for emerge. something quite sad happen and i broke down in tears at the end of the day. Not going to say what happen but just got to keep on keeping on. I trust God that He will cause me to forgive and forget. :) Thanks Bao for your msg. :) The POS this year is phenomenal. I am really awed by their improvement from the second preview. Nothing is impossible with God.

Friday - Did C1 and A1. i did Charlie with Jennifer. Thanks girl for your encouragment and helping me with Charlie for the third session. Because i was C1 for the third session, I had to take charge of the manhunt and beauty pageant with no 8 series and 9 series and NO SLs. but peixiong, vincent, yongwei and jennifer (the comm set holders) and various ics were there and i think we did quite ok. Learnt something new. A1 was challenging. Everytime the 9 chairs at the side were laid and I and the A1 or E1 I will always struggle to fill them up and my terrace also.

Saturday - I couldn't wake up! Missed the pre-service meeting. Challenging svc. Did C1 again. Not going to go into details to bore u all. At the end of the day, we celebrated Jianhao's promotion! A good, faithful and dedicated servant of God.

Sunday - No duty in the morning. Duty changed from external to verifying. Ha, slacking for me. The easiest day I had for emerge, can take my time to eat, to enjoy the svc to see see look look.
